Looking for something fun yet educational for your kids to do during the half-term break? Our childrens Stay & Stitch is perfect for children ages 7+.

 

Stay and Stitch Club is a fun and engaging freestyle sewing and crafting experience designed for children aged 7-12 years. This club welcomes children of all skills and abilities to explore the world of sewing, crafting, and designing. Using the fabrics and trimmings available in our studio, children will have the opportunity to develop their creativity, enhance their skills, and enjoy the process of making something unique with their hands at their own pace.

 

What’s included:

 

2 hours of self paced sewing

Sewing assistance in a fun and friendly environment

Janome sewing machines use (for children 8+ who have completed our Sewing machine 101)

Use of our mannequins

 

You will need to bring/supply:

A healthy snack and plenty of water for the session.

We will supply everything else!

 

Project: No specific projects, children will choose what they want to make in the session.

IMPORTANT: -Students must have taken our Childrens Sewing Machine 101, a private lesson or have had some experience sewing before making use of our sewing machine - this is not a sewing machine teaching session. Please contact us before enrolling if your child has experience from outside The Sew In Group.

  • Once made, a booking cannot be transferred to an alternative date. If for any reason you are unable to attend please feel free to send a substitute. If you book a workshop for several days duration please make sure you can attend all days. Please check the dates carefully prior to booking.


    All workshops/courses must be paid for in full prior to the workshop start date. Payment can be made by PayPal or credit/debit card. By booking online you are acknowledging that you have read and accept the terms and conditions. Once a booking has been made, you will receive a confirmation email and information about any materials or equipment required.

     

    Cancellations by you:  Refunds will only be given under exceptional circumstances and will be considered on an individual basis.

     

    Cancellations by us: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a workshop/course you will be given at least 24 hours notice and offered a transfer to another date or receive a full refund. We will not be held liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur in the event of cancellation by us
